I don't know if you are looking to go out and buy these things or have the costume home made. But if you want to buy these things go to copsplus.com. If you just want to make it... Helmet-any sort of helmet you find really....boots-any sort of black snow boots that are high in length face mask-some sort of plastic or plastic wrap tactical goggles-swimming or snow boarding googles vest-find one of those puffy vest usually worn for fashion in the winter and take some colored tape and spell swat with the tape on the back. You can put a badge on the front or something. Hope this helped some
