Is it a good idea to install a Response Trigger Kit and a Cyclone Feed kit on my Tippmann 98 Custom?
Is it a good idea to install a Response Trigger Kit and a Cyclone Feed kit on my 98 Custom? The marker itself is NOT equipt with the ACT(anti-chop technology) and i dont want to be chopping balls left and right thinking the marker itself can not keep up with the upgrades.
Well, let me first say the 98c is NOT a bad gun. That being said, I would not spend +100 dollars on a 98c, when the gun itself is good enough stock. The only upgrade I would ever give a 98c is a flatline barrel, and only if you aren't going to buy a new gun ever (or in a long time). You can get a $250 A-5 with both the cyclone and the response trigger included. Just saying. But in your question you said install, not buy, so assuming you already had the upgrades, then go ahead and throw them on there. The cyclone feeder feeds when and only when you fire, so you don't need to worry about chops as long as you aren't using paint you found on the ground.
