Help with a problem of vertical movement. (Algebra 1) need help with part (b) step by step?
A spittlebug jumps in the air with an initial velocity 10 m / sec. A) Write an equation that gives the height of the spittlebug ASA versus time (in seconds) since coming off the land. B) The spittle bug reaches its maximum height after 0.3125 seconds. How high can you jump? (I need help with this part)
a) h (t) = 10t. b) h (.3125) = 10 *. 3125 = 3.125 feet. You can jump in 3.125 feet aire.-John
