Flex Bottom

I'm in a wheelchair and want to exercise especially the lower half of my body. I wonder how?

I can stand and walk a little bit with a walker. I can exercise my upper body without any problem. I have a treadmill that I use one leg at a time boxing fall. I have a tape flexible body video. But he wants more and do not know what will work.

For my legs, I use a Pilates Reformer machine. I slip on it, lay down and then slips back into my wheelchair when finished. It provides the same kind of sitting on foot, but exercise can adjust that as much as the legs can handle.
