How to clean a conch shell ... (From the collection of dead bodies stinking polishing and no)?
To clean the same way provide flesh of corpses in forensic laboratories. Put it in water and simmer. Hours later (or earlier, noting that is small), choose the pay water and scrape the meat loose now wonderfully small, soft brush (perhaps an artist's brush?). Allow to cool naturally, and buff. To polishing, you could use a paste wax rubbed into the cracks with a fine brush and polish. Or if you're essentially lazy, can be sprayed with clear Varathane (plastic) and let dry.
