Decorating around a dado / chair rail wallpaper ... PLEASE PLEASE HELP!?
I found the most amazing wallpaper that is blue sky and aquaculture, with a touch of metallic silver to the wall of my role in my living room, but thats Because I have a rail to match the chair. Can I wallpaper above and below and if I do my best color to paint the railroad? if I do? i cannot remove the railroad car as I am. Any idea will be much appreciated thanks: o)
