How Starbucks recruiting and selecting sales force?
After working with the company for nearly four years, I say that few different methods used by Starbucks. "The first is only for people who enter, fill out applications, and the like. I worked with a number of shops, and there was not one that I had two dozen applications on standby at any given time. The second option is through frequent job fairs that take out in the districts of the store a number of times throughout the year. In these, administrators around the area congregate at a store and interview interested candidates (all levels) right there on the ground. The last option is through the website Starbucks.com. Applications online are used mainly management and business (not the store) positions. No matter what level can apply, Starbucks selects its forced labor based largely on the level of guidance customer is a person, and a drive to excel at what they do. Starbucks is literally flooded with people wanting to work for the company, so be sure if you hired, who has defeated a number of others. I hope that helps!
