Am I allowed to drive outside the state of New Jersey with a special learner's permit?
I'm 16 and I just received my permission. Assuming I'm following the other restrictions (ie, the curfew and passenger limits and such) I am allowed to drive in other states?
Yes While all movement restrictions are respected, ie licensed driver over 21 who has 3 years of driving experience in the front seat (if within the first six months) and meets state standards.
