I do not understand why the link with the girls is difficult?

im 22 years old. Do not want to sound like a person with a huge ego, but this My concern has been for years. I think it is hard to find friendship with women. Do you think that looks have nothing to do with it as I see myself as a very attractive and I think the girls might be jelaous so that's why I probably find it hard to bond. I am a nice person with the girls, but I finf very uncomfortable to be with them long as fot i get anxious. please help ..
