How long does it take for a pending charge is removed from a green dot card?

I went to make a purchase, and my green was rejected because the company did not accept it. However, a pending charge was placed on my account, and has not left yet. It has been five days now, and I just want to know if someone knows how long it will be.

This is probably an issue that could be better answered by the company that tried to buy the item. If you do not want bother waiting for them, just call or come by and tell them to remove the remaining charge on your account.
