Can anyone tell me where I can get the double din conversion kit for my '99 BMW 528i?

I have a '528i 99 and would like to install my Indash double din DVD deck (Kenwood DDX-6019), but I can not find a double din conversion kit for it. Currently I have the single din conversion kit with my in-dash DVD monitor, but when the screen slides and folds the two vents half blocks ... I've been trying to find, but can not. Is there or do I have to customize?
