How do I create a multiple door lock actuator with a screw?

I have trouble thinking through the mechanics of it. Use of an actuator to move 4 screws, one on each side of the door. I know that some security doors and regular doors now have this type of lock, a handle moving four screws, all in different directions. I can not find a diagram of this type of system on the web though. Any ideas on where to start looking? Thank you.

Real quick: Image of a piece of plate about 6 inches in diameter. Welded at all, at intervals of 90 degrees is a semicircular piece of board about 2 inches in diameter with a hole in the top. The type of piece is like a flower with four trumpets. Pin the end of a bar or a piece of flatbed (the bolt) to the semi-circular so formed by the tangents to the part of the main round. Put U-shaped guides along the bolt, and two in the final to be blocking. Put command inthe middle of the circular piece. When you turn the knob of 30-45 degrees, the screws will move, guided by the U-shaped pieces and pull the bolts in place.
