14 years of age getting a six pack?
Hi I would like some advice I am a 14 old men. time when I have a six pack im already am not mega sking about average build and have very good legs because I ride my bike a lot I would like to work on getting a full six pack, as I do sit ups and cash stolen woth a sandbag situps etc as I do because I have no luxury gym equipment?.
